Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $98.00 when shipping to the lower 48 states.  No additional shipping costs are charged.  Orders placed at different times may not be combined for the purposes of our free shipping offer.

If desired, next-day, 2-day, or 3-day shipping service is available for an additional charge.  Most fixtures ship UPS or Fed Ex. Items shipped by freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only. Please contact our customer service staff for any additional delivery needs.

Freight service is available at an additional charge if item ordered is oversized and cannot be shipped by FedEx or UPS.  If your order is over $98.00 and is not eligible for FedEx Ground shipping, customer service will contact you regarding extra freight shipping charges. There are some over-sized items that will incur an additional shipping charge when shipped via UPS, FedEx or other carriers. In that case we will notify you. This occurs mostly with low-cost items in over-sized boxes.  

For all orders less than $98.00 a shipping charge of $9.50 PER ITEM will be added.

International Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product if the order is being shipped outside of the continental United States.  After such an order has been placed, a customer service representative will e-mail the customer a shipping quote for their approval. At that time, the customer may cancel the order without penalty.

The additional charge for shipping to Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico or Hawaii will appear in the "additional shipping" section on the checkout page.  Call for a quote if your shipment is going to these countries.  Any taxes, duties or fees that are associated with any purchase Is not the responsibility of LightingSelection.com.  These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day services are only offered for the purpose of speeding up transit time. Manufacturer’s stated shipping lead times are not a guarantee.    Customers should plan ahead and use lead times only as an approximate estimate of delivery and not a guarantee of delivery.
