Our Warranty

Five Year Warranty
LightingSelection.com warrants fixtures and components, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 Years from the date of purchase. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.

Warranty does not cover against the improper installation of product, user neglect, modified product, finish or color issues, claims for labor costs or acts of God. Items excluded from this warranty are: outdoor lighting, glass, shades, ballasts, bulb sockets, transformers, individually sold parts and bulbs.

Limited Warranty
All LightingSelection.com products are covered by this warranty and we make no other warranties. The warranty shall apply for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase. The warranty only covers products installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by their respective manufacturer. Defects or failures arising during shipment or due to alteration defective maintenance, misuse, negligence, accident, theft, damage by others, or where adequate care has not been taken to prevent chemical, ice, or snow damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover products that have been exposed to corrosive environments, or where operating temperatures fall below -40° C or exceed +100° C. Glass and finishes, are specifically excluded from the terms of this warranty due to the possible use of improper cleaning products. If this item is discontinued or the manufacturer of this item goes out of business, this warranty is null and void. This warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, removal or installation. In the event that a LightingSelection.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we are not responsible for misrepresentations or errors on this site. LightingSelection.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. LightingSelection.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already bee charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, LightingSelection.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.LightingSelection.com does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

If during the warranty period any LightingSelection.com product proves defective in materials or workmanship, or fails to meet our published performance specifications for the product, LightingSelection.com's liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to repair or, at LightingSelection.com's option, replacement with a non-defective product of substantially similar specifications.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND DAMAGES
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, LightingSelection.com PROVIDES ALL PRODUCTS AS IS AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. THIS WARRANTY COVERS, AND LightingSelection.com IS LIABLE FOR, ONLY THAT WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DAMAGES SPECIFICALLY DETAILED ABOVE. EXCEPT AS MAY OTHERWISE BE REQUIRED BY LAW, LightingSelection.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DURING OR AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

If you discover a defect or malfunction during the period to which this warranty applies, repair or replacement is subject to the proper notification and consent of LightingSelection.com as indicated by the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
